About Kingdom of Medan

What is Kingdom of Medan?

The Kingdom of Medan is a work-in-progress Total Conversion (TC) mod for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

What’s that supposed to mean?

The Kingdom of Medan does not use any of the land or area that is played on in Morrowind. It uses original landscape, history, storylines, and questing content completely independent from the original Morrowind game’s content. The Morrowind engine as well as the meshes, textures, and scripting will still be used.

Where can I get more information on the mod?

You’re in the right place! On the side of this page, you can find links to other pages on this site where you can get more information on what this mod is all about.

What’s going to be in the mod?

A whole new landmass with spectacular sights and sounds, a completely new
storyline, and some special never-before-released mods packaged along with it.

How big is the world going to be?

We don’t know for sure until we’re finished landscaping, but it’s estimated that it will
be about the same size as Morrowind’s Vvardenfell landmass.

What new stuff are you putting in?

Everything’s going to be new! A whole new world to explore, numerous new cities, beautiful scenery, new scripts, new dialogues, new adventurers, and much more.

So why would I want to play this game?

Apart from the above listed, everything in the game will be taken to utmost care and detail. Each torch will radiate light and each hill will be hand-placed, assuring that everything looks flawless and seamless.
